Magical Hawthorn Tree
The Hawthorn is the tree of enchantment associated with Beltane, an ancient spring festival. In Celtic mythology it is one of the most sacred trees symbolising love & protection. It is known as the Fairy (Fae) Tree, the Fae, who live beneath this wonderful tree act as its guardians. The above is situated in Ballyseedy Woods, Ireland.
